Opsgenie
We support OpsGenie for sending alerts, OpsGenie allows you to get called/smsed, or alerted with push notifications.
#
Create API keyAfter you created a team, you can open it, and click "Integrations" and create a new "API" integration. You can call it "NSToolBox" or something like that.
After that you'll get an API key, you can enter it at the NSToolBox dashboard. For location, you can either use EU or US, what location depends on your account, if you see "eu.opsgenie.com" in the URL bar, then you'll need EU. Otherwise you will need to enter US.

Deduplication keyWhen configuring OpsGenie you have the option to specify a deduplicationKey, this key will be used to prevent duplicated alerts. By default, we will generate a token that is unique for every monitor (you can leave it empty to use the behavior). But you may want to use the same key, for example, if you have multiple monitors for websites hosted on the same machines, you do not need an OpsGenie incident for every website when the server itself is down, instead of there being an issue with a specific website.
